Nothing in this world is absolutely perfect and we believe that it is our duty to inform you of any weak points that some hotels may have, even if they are the best in a particular region; some may be small or located in a remote area but we maintain our authenticity through offering you the most in each experience whether that be luxury or not.

All photographs have been taken by us during our repeat visits to each location. We aim to present the accommodation in its true form and won't bother with embellishing the images as we would like you to see them for what they are, in reality.

The quality of accommodation may improve with time or may deplete, due to various reasons (change of direction or lack of maintenance etc) this can happen in just a few months. But we consider customer feedback to be very important and it helps us greatly to review our selection.


	CL-01: Luxury on the north coast of Bali This accommodation is superbly situated in a bay surrounded by the mountains of the Natural Park of Bali. This hotel is exotic yet decadent, the large beds are adorned with white drapes and linen and the stone bathrooms are sensual, open sanctuaries and of course, all are equipped with air conditioning. 	CL-02: Great charm on the southwest coast of Bali The bungalows are nestled in a vast coconut grove that borders the Indian Ocean. They are built from volcanic stone and are decorated with a high degree of refinement; there are bespoke details in the furnishings and are somewhat sensually rustic, each with a private garden and a partially open en suite bathroom. 	CL-07: Lost in the far east of Bali Wonderfully secluded in a cove, the six villas have a completely private creek and the site itself is surrounded by rolling hills. Two of the villas are built entirely from teak and these are our favourites. This is a fantastically refined site with modern comfort and the view from the outstretched wooden decking is just breathtaking. 	CL-08: Intimate luxury in Gili The four small villas hotel Gili Meno are particularly well designed, both designated and warm, and one of them, on two floors, is ideal for families.
